Google Drive Sharing Basics
We are proud that G Suite forms the basis of our collaboration network.
Gmail provides our email services. Visit gmail.lvusd.org to log in to your email.
We also use Google Drive (documents, slides, spreadsheets, etc.), Calendar, Sites, Chat, and more.

All LVUSD students have Google accounts. Please see the attached document for information on accessing them.
Student Wifi credentials are the same as their Google account credentials.
Contact the Instructional Technology Coaches if you need more assistance.
LVUSD accounts are limited to the following storage limits:
Grades K-5 : 5GB
Grades 6-8 : 7GB
Grades 9-12 : 10GB
The above limits include items in Google Drive and Photos.
If you exceed these storage limits, you will only be able to send and receive emails.
You will not be able to:
Upload files to Google Drive
Create new Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Presentations, etc.
Upload photos to Google Photos
Visit https://drive.google.com/drive/quota to:
See your current Google Storage usage
Identify which Google apps are using up your quota
Identify large Google Drive files that can be deleted
How to clear space
Delete large files in Google Drive
Use a computer to see your files listed from largest to smallest.
Put files you don't want in your Trash, then permanently delete them.
Move photos & videos to Trash
On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
Point to an item you want to move to Trash.
At the top left, click Select .
At the top right, click Delete Move to trash.
Remove hidden data from apps in Google Drive
On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
Click Settings Settings.
On the left, click Manage apps.
If there's hidden data, you can find the amount under the app's description.
To delete this data, click Options Delete hidden app data.
