Welcome to 5th grade. You're officially a M&M (marvelous and motivated)!

I would like to tell you a little bit about myself.

• I have been teaching since 1998. I've taught 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades at Round Meadow. I live in Newbury Park with my husband of 24 years, and son, Nicholas who is in 10th grade. Our daughter, Elizabeth will start her freshman year at Oregon State University. The family enjoys camping with their trailer at Pismo Beach.

It is important for each student to feel successful with learning. We will help guide the students through the expectations of learning.

• Work on a growth mindset - with hard work, perseverance and challenge you can do anything.

• Arrive on time to school.

• Have all materials ready for the day.

• Be ready to participate during lessons.

• Complete daily assignments to be ready to present during class.

• All assignments need to be quality work.

• Check your Google school email account and Google Classroom daily for class updates.

• Students email us with questions or requests.

• Reach out to classmates for support.

• Have fun!
