Registration and Check In for the 2023-24 School Year

Welcome back Charger Students and Families!

Our annual Registration and Check In will take place August 15-18, 2023, and there are a few key things you need to do to get ready for your RACI day.

This online resource will provide you with important RACI information including grade-level specific dates/times, forms you will need to complete and other details so students can begin the year succesfully. Please review and complete all required steps. For questions, please contact the appropriate AHS office (listed below). The Agoura High School staff is here help you begin a succesful 2023-2024 school year.

REGISTRATION MAKE UP DAY - AUGUST 23, 2023

A makeup session for Registration will be held before the first day of school on August 23rd in the G Building. Please be sure to bring the screenshot or email from your Aeries Data Confirmation. Please also complete all the necessary steps for your grade level (see the Registration website). Students will get their school photo and ID card at this time. Following this they will visit the Media Center to get their books and report to class starting at 9:15 am

7:30-8:15 am - FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORES

8:15-9:00 am - JUNIORS AND SENIORS

STEP 1.) All Families must complete Aeries Data Confirmation

IMPORTANT FIRST STEP FOR LVUSD AND REGISTRATION - AERIES DATA CONFIRMATION

LVUSD District Aeries Online Data Confirmation for the upcoming school year is now open. You must complete this step PRIOR to attending AHS in-person registration. As we prepare to start a new academic school year, all families are required to verify and update information for their students. We strongly recommend completing this process on a desktop or laptop computer. You will also need to read and complete certain requirements online before coming in person.

Please log in to your Aeries Parent Portal
Complete Data Confirmation for EACH student you have attending AHS (and any other LVUSD school)
Once you have reviewed all of the information in each tab click “Confirm and Continue” to complete the process. Please be certain all contact information is accurate.
You will receive a “Student Data Confirmation” email once you have completed the process. Please check your email for this, to make sure you completed the data confirmation.
Use your cell phone to take a screenshot of the “Student Data Confirmation” for your records. We will need to see proof that this online data confirmation was done in order to complete the in-person registration process at AHS. (If you are not attending Registration with your student, please make sure they have a copy of this screenshot with them at their Registration Day).

If you did not use the direct link above, please log in to your Aeries Parent Portal and select Student Info and click on Data Confirmation to take you to the correct form. If you have forgotten your Aeries Parent Portal credentials, please use the Forgot Password? link located at the bottom of the website.

If your student is not returning to Agoura High School and you have not notified us yet, please send an email to our Registrar, Lena Goryoka, at lgoryoka@lvusd.org.
