Hello! This page will allow you to stay organized and prepared for homework, quizzes, and tests in your science class. I will say that these assignments are given daily in class (ON THE BOARD), and should be written down in your planner. However, there are days when you will be absent, sick ,or maybe you just forgot. This webpage will have your homework posted, and will also have your project, quiz, and tests dates posted. This will allow you to plan ahead and be prepared. If you stay organized, write down your warm ups, complete your homework & classwork, stay focused, and have fun of course, you will do great :):):)
Welcome to 7th grade science at A.C.Stelle Middle School!!!
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This year you will mainly learn about life science topics, but will also touch on some earth and physical science concepts. All of these concepts follow the California Science Standards. Topics will include: the nature of science, plant and animal cells, cellular transport, cellular respiration, photosynthesis, mitosis & meiosis, earth history, fossils, and the human body. Sections of the human body include skeletal and muscle systems, circulatory & nervous system, respiratory & digestive system, reproduction, and how the body fights infection.
