• Scarecrow book reports are due this Friday, 10/23. Please send in the book with the report.

• Math tests will be coming home tomorrow. We will begin the next unit, which focuses on teen numbers, adding 3 numbers, making a 10 to add/subtract, and doubles & near doubles. Each unit builds on each other so it is important they have a strong foundation and understanding before moving on.

• Over the next few weeks I will be giving report card assessments and testing students one on one. Please make sure students get a good night's sleep and let me know if your child will be absent.

• Send a Halloween “Boo Gram” and brighten a student’s day 🎃 with a friendly note and small treat from Student Council. Boo Grams are an easy way to help students feel seen and included. You can order Boo Grams HERE.

• The Halloween parade and party will be on Friday, 10/30. The parade will start at 8:15, and then you can follow us directly insode the classroom for our Halloween party. Thank you to the room moms for planning this exciting event! We can't wait! All parents are welcome. Obviously, we will have no reading rotation centers that day and will not need a parent to help with that.
