MISSION

The mission of the Bay Laurel Elementary comprehensive school counseling program is to advocate for equity and access for all students through data-driven, inclusive, evidence-based programming. Through leadership, advocacy, and collaboration with school community partners, we reduce barriers for academic, career, and social-emotional development. We strive to create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment to develop all students into lifelong learners and maximize their potential.

VISION

Every Bay Laurel Elementary School graduate has academic and social-emotional skills that prepare them to demonstrate excellence as they pursue post-high school goals to their maximum potential. They are life-long learners who are resilient, able to take on challenges responsibly and respectfully, maintain cultural awareness, and demonstrate kindness and empathy towards others as productive members of society.
