IMG_6931.movSix years ago, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and step onto the karate mat with my son. I am now a 1st Dan Black Belt, working on my second degree in Tang Soo Do. (coming Winter, 2022!)
Please know, that any time I ask you to do something that you are not comfortable with, I get how it may feel. That being said, once you watch me perform this advanced karate form known as Basai, you will appreciate where I am coming from and meet me part way.
