Tips for transitioning back to school
Kiss, hug, goodbye - Don’t make your exit long. Make sure you have told your children the drop-off plan and pick-up plan and remind them that you will see them_______(after work, after school, etc.)
A couple of good reads, I linked the youtube for the read aloud:

Set Family Rules and Agreements:
*You may want to include topics such as respect (i.e. we will respect each other's work and personal space, we will say excuse me before interrupting, we will give each other space and time to play, learn and work)
*We care about ourselves and others (i.e. we will do our best to stay safe, we will help each other, we will follow family rules, we will spend time working, have independent time, and have family time)
*We will be responsible for planning our day (i.e. we will do our best to follow through. We will give our best effort and have a good attitude. We will work to be patient and remember that nobody is perfect)
