Please click on the link to the left to access the CJSF/6th Grade Honor's Society membership application. All students who would like to become a member for their Fall 2025 grades should apply.  Applications will not open until January 29th at 4pm.

If you are a 6th grader who would also like to apply for the Astrocamp trip, please select the appropriate response at the end of the application Google form to submit your trip application. If you do not qualify for 6th Grade Honor's Society but would still like to be considered for the Astrocamp trip, please complete the application. Although priority for the trip goes to Honor's Society members, there is a chance that there will be spots available.

This application is only accessible through your student LVUSD Google account. Students are expected to fill out the form for themselves. Please reference the info sheets below for more details.

Students who have successfully submitted an application will receive a copy of their submission via email. If you have not received a copy, you have not completed the form.
