THESE APPLICATIONS WILL BE OPEN FROM SEPTEMBER 1ST AT 4PM AND CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 11TH AT 4:00PM. NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please make sure to submit your responses using the district student email account. Parents will be unable to access the application. Trip acceptances will be on a first come first serve basis based on the order we receive your initial application.

Please click on the link to the left to access the CJSF membership application. All students who would like to become a member for their Spring 2026 grades should apply. Applications will not open until August 1st at 4pm.
This application is only accessible through your student LVUSD Google account. Students are expected to fill out the form for themselves. Please reference the info sheets below for more details.
Students who have successfully submitted an application will receive a copy of their submission via email. If you have not received a copy, you have not completed the form.
