Hello, my name is Mrs. Moran and I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade again this year!  Let me tell you a little about myself.  I was born on November 21st right here in Southern California and began teaching with LVUSD 34 years ago after graduating with my Master’s Degree in Education at Pepperdine University.  I first taught 2nd grade at White Oak Elementary in Westlake Village  before coming to Round Meadow 17 years ago where I have taught both 2nd and 3rd grade.  

My husband, Rich and I will be celebrating our 35th anniversary in September! We are so lucky to have two amazing children.  Our daughter, Jacqueline, is 27 and graduated from UC Berkeley in 2020 and is now attending Loyola Law School. Our son, Nicholas, is 25 and graduated from UC Davis in 2022 and works locally in Commercial Real Estate at CBRE.  Our favorite times are those spent together, often at the beach, walking our Golden Retriever, Bones, watching baseball, and having family dinners.

I feel so lucky to be a part of this fantastic Round Meadow community and I am looking forward to working with all of my new 3rd Grade Superstars and their families.  I know we are going to have a wonderful school year!
