Aeries Data Confirmation
Log on to Aeries to verify all the student data for the new school year. Follow the prompts to confirm. It is recommended that you complete this process on a computer or laptop.
Aeries registration and re-registration will require a digital signature after reading. (Printed copies of the forms are not required.)

📸 Senior Portraits
Book your senior portrait session with Cornerstone Photography starting June 23, 2025 — and before summer ends — to be included in the yearbook!
The photo taken at Registration is NOT your senior portrait and will NOT appear in the yearbook.
Even if you don’t plan to purchase photos, you still need to book a session to have your portrait featured
The deadline for selecting your yearbook photo is September 12th, 2025.

Includes Senior Field Trips and Senior Breakfast. It does NOT include Prom or Grad Night — tickets for those events will be sold separately in the spring. To participate in any senior event, including those in the separate packages, you must turn in the signed Senior Activities Participation Form.

WARNING If the documents below are NOT submitted on Senior Registration Day your pass will not be issued until the second week of school, the earliest.

To be eligible for a Parking Pass, students must:
✅ Complete the Parking Application & Pay online (available August 5th)
✅ Bring a valid Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, and the purchase receipt to Registration Day
✅ Attend Registration day
🅿️ Parking spaces are randomly assigned — students may not choose their location.

Seniors are eligible to earn an Off-Campus Privilege Pass every 5 weeks, based on behavior, attendance, and academic performance.
Passes are a privilege, not a guarantee — eligibility is reviewed every 5 weeks.

The Student Webstore will be open to complete your registration transactions beginning August 5, 2025. Please set up an account if you have not already. Directions for set up are linked on your grade level page.

🛍️ A Student Store shopping list with pricing will be available in early August.
We encourage all purchases to be made through the CHS WebStore — please create or log in to your account in advance.
🏰 Disney Grad Nite Package:
Our PFC plans and oversees Grad Nite and will be sending out information to senior families once a date has been selected for the Class of 2026. Reminder: Grad Nite is separate from the Senior Activities package and will be sold in the spring.
