GOAL:
The goal for homework in 2nd grade is to reinforce math skills and provide reading practice.
GUIDELINE:
10 minutes per grade level (Grade 2 approximately 20 minutes per day)
On Mondays, an overview of the week's homework assignments will be sent in your child's Homework Folder.
Homework will be typically be sent home Monday through Thursday.
Homework assignments are due the next day unless noted otherwise.
Read, Read, Read! The volume of words read increases comprehension and reading levels.
