California Firefighter JAC

Cal-JAC is a trusted and established leader in innovative, standardized training programs for Cal-JAC apprentices and firefighters throughout California. Cal-JAC has more than three decades of experience partnering with our departments and local unions to build a highly qualified, well- trained and diverse firefighting workforce. Since its inception, one of Cal-JAC’s missions has been to help our departments recruit a diverse candidate pool. Cal-JAC offers supportive programming for those interested in becoming firefighters. A few of our programs include, Firefighter Apprenticeships, Free EMT classes, Free Paramedic classes, and multiple Firefighter focused job fairs throughout the year.
