Q: What is my child's email address?

A: Your child's email address is their ID #@lvschools.net  . For example 012345@lvschools.net 

Q: What do I do if I don't remember my password or need it reset?

A:  Call the helpdesk or email technology@lvisd.org 

Q: How do I contact my child's teacher if I need help?

A: Your child's teacher can be reached by district email. Please see the staff directory, on the campus web page,  to find the teacher's email address. 

Q: How does a parent access digital/online resources through the Digital Den (ClassLink)?

A: Parents do not have access to the digital/online resources in the Digital Den (ClassLink) because they are paid subscriptions for student access.  We encourage you to sit with your student(s) and review the resources that are available.
