About the Teacher:

Welcome. This will be my 3rd Year @ La Vernia High School and my 27th year overall as a teacher and coach. I will be teaching Forensic Science and Advanced Animal Science (2022). In athletics, I will be coaching Football (QBs) and Head Boy's Track. I look forward to an exciting year both in the classroom and on the athletic field.

I am originally from Poth, Texas. I attended The University of Texas at Austin, where I was a member of the Longhorn Football team and earned a BS in Kinesiology and minor in Chemistry. Later earned my Master's Degree from Texas A&M Kingsville in Educational Administration.

My wife, Terry, and I have two daughters, Tara (Freshman @ UT Austin) and Taylor (Sophomore here @ LVISD.
