Conferences will be open to schedule beginning Monday, November 10th at 4:00 P.M.
You will create your own conference schedule using MyConferenceTime. This easy-to-use system requires no log-in, sends you a confirmation email with the conference details, and can add the meeting to your calendar with one click.
Conferences are scheduled for Monday, November 24th from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. and Tuesday, November 25th from 12 P.M. to 2:30 P.M.
The window for scheduling conferences closes on Monday, November 24th at 12 P.M.
If you missed the window for registration, sign-up sheets will be available at the conferences.
A reminder email for each of your reservations will be sent prior to the conferences to the email address you used during registration.
As in the past, conferences are scheduled in five minutes intervals. Many teachers will have meetings back-to-back, therefore it is important to be prompt for each of your meetings.

I scheduled my conferences but now I can't remember which conference times I selected. How do I review all of my conferences?
No worries. First, you received an email for each conference that you scheduled. We also will be emailing your schedule the day before the conference.
I need to change my conference time, what do I do?
You can call the HS main office at 516-277-5100 or the MS main office at 516-277-5200 to cancel or change your appointment.
