Each commitee is for the school year, you will be provided a budget for your event by the treasurer. Please save all reciepts for reimbursement. Each Committee has a guide, it outlines previous notes as a gentle guideline to help you make this event your own.

MCCPTA Reflections Program: Janelle Mizera: This incredible MCCPTA sponsored events has you colloboarte with art and music teachers so have students fill out forms that get collected and then uploaded to the MCCPTA site. You will have a network of support from our cluster schools Garrett Park and Farmland. Once the contest closes an awards ceremony will need to be planned and hosted, this year Farmland will be the host site.
Red & White Dance: Jamie Kramer (The famous Luxmanor Winter dance, set-up the event, work with 5th grade parents for a bake sale, these profits offset promotion, you will need to contact Washington Talent to arrange with a DJ and have volunteers onsite to handle tickets, we recommend a total of 5 adults and 6 SSL students)
