Once you have set up your practice session, and you are at your first sample, click the settings in the upper right hand corner
In settings, go the Annotations,
put a check in the box,
use drop down menu
choose “Moveable Do and La Based Minor” (If you want to practice note names instead, choose "Pitch Names")

1) Hover over the note & click on note
Go to Menu → Text
→ “la-” Lyrics
→highlighted box appears below note - type text in box & press space bar to advance to next note

2) Hover over the note & click on note & Press ctrl + L
