We invite you to participate in the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Sustainable Smart Cities and Territories: European Experience and Opportunities for Ukraine in the Post-War Period”, which will be held on May 7-8, 2026 at the Lutsk National Technical University in a mixed format, and is aimed at discussing modern approaches to sustainable development of cities and territories in the context of Ukraine's European integration and post-war reconstruction. Special thematic discussion “Creative industries, inclusive development and social innovations as drivers of community development in the context of sustainable territorial development” The special discussion will focus on the role of the creative economy, the cultural potential of territories, social innovations, and inclusive governance models in the formation of sustainable, competitive, and socially cohesive communities. Particular attention will be paid to the development of creative industries as an important factor in territorial development, the formation of local identity and branding of territories, the activation of civic participation and the enhancement of social cohesion in the processes of renewal and modernisation of Ukrainian cities and territories.
