The Great Unveil

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

TEDx Luther College is a yearly event fully planned by Luther College students with the mission of delivering knowledge from inspirational speakers. The event will be held on Saturday March 11, 2023. 

This year's theme is "The Great Unveil." We interpret this theme to mean "new discoveries, new ways of thinking, and new ways of doing things." In other words, we invite individuals to share the knowledge they have acquired through different life experiences that they feel others would benefit from learning.  Our theme is intentionally broad. There is no limit to the topics you can discuss.  We simply want you to share any message you find particularly valuable or moving.  Our goal is to get speakers from diverse backgrounds with different ideas and perspectives that showcase our theme."
