Introduction to Lush Hair Care

Our hair care is something special indeed. For one thing we’ve got more variety for every hair need in every shape and form, as well as our colorful natural hair dyes. For another, Mark, one of our founders is a trichologist (the specialized study of hair and scalp conditions), which means that in addition to nutritious fresh fruit and veggies, flowers, herbal infusions, and the finest essential oils, our hair products are made with a large dose of passion and an expert touch.

In 1977 Constantine and Weir was founded by 2 of Lush's co founders- Mark Constantine and Liz Weir (later Bennett). Together they'd open the Herbal Hair and Beauty Clinic at 29 High Street. Now the home to the first ever Lush Shop and some of the Lush Inventing Labs. With over 45 years* of haircare expertise and innovation it's not surprising that we've got a lot of useful information and helpful guidance that we can share with customers about hair.

This selection of resources have been put together help extend your knowledge around some of the key areas where Lush revolutionizes the Haircare industry and is proud to stand out from the crowd.
