Uniform

At Lush, our uniform policy is designed to allow comfort and individuality while maintaining a professional appearance.

You may wear any clothing you feel comfortable in, along with flat, closed-toe shoes.

Personal style is encouraged, but please ensure your overall look is tidy and professional.

Hats are allowed as long as they do not cover your face. Hoods may not be worn up, as we aim to keep body language open and welcoming.

Headscarves (any colour), hijabs, and other religious clothing are welcome. Knot wraps may also be worn in the hair.

You will be provided with an apron, which must be kept clean and brought to every shift. Spare aprons may not always be available.

Please bring a pen and notepad to all training sessions and meetings.

As we work closely with customers, hands and nails should be clean and well-kept.

All hair colours, styles, tattoos (that are not offensive), and piercings are welcome.
