A LUSH EXPERIENCE IS COMING TO TOWN!
We're excited to announce that a training event for all shop teams will be coming to a town near you.
This experience has been curated to showcase some of the stories, ideas and products that set Lush apart. It aims to provide opportunities to connect directly with the experts and learn about the products and the brand.
Global direction to communicate why we

create cosmetic revolutions,

all whilst leaving the world Lusher than we found it.
We aim to remind customers and staff what Lush are all about, reinforce messages that will make customers feel good about their purchases
and staff feel engaged with the company they work for.
ReMind aims to remind customers and staff what Lush is all about by reinforcing messages that will make customers feel good about their purchases and staff feeling engaged with the company they work for. It may even be a bit of a reimagining, as you discover new information and ideas along the way.
Lush Co-Founder Mark Constantine has been working with Creative Directors Jo Evans and Katie Tabram and other collaborators to review the messaging and product offerings within Lush shops. This includes all customer touchpoints- bags, labels, receipts, signage, and the work has started with the 'Core Shop.'
Calling it 'ReMind' came from Mark hearing people saying he was working on a 'rebrand.' He said to Jo, “It's not a rebrand”... and she said, “No, it's a 'remind', because it's things we've always done.”
In an Industry with so much going on, and so many brands with lots to say, we hope we can offer a reminder of why customers and colleagues can feel good about choosing Lush.
