I have been teaching for 24 years. All 24 years have been in alternative education. I started at Sture Larsson and moved to Village Oaks when the alternative programs merged.

I attended Lincoln Schools starting as a kindergartener at Lincoln Elementary, middle school at Lincoln Senior Elementary (now Sierra Middle School) and I graduated from Lincoln High in 1988. In addition to teaching, I coach water polo and swimming at Lincoln High School.
