LHS Social worker
Harley Baker, LMHC, SAC
(978) 582-4115 ext. 2114
I’m Harley Baker, School Social Worker/Adjustment Counselor at Lunenburg High School. I’m excited to be part of the LHS community and to work with students and families.
My role is to support students with the social, emotional, and personal challenges that can sometimes make high school difficult. Students might meet with me to talk about stress or anxiety, relationships, family concerns, school challenges, problem-solving, coping skills, or simply because they need someone to talk to.
Before joining Lunenburg, I worked in Lowell Public Schools supporting mental health, social-emotional learning, and behavioral services across the district. I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and have many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
I believe that strong relationships are an important part of helping students feel successful and connected at school. My goal is to provide students with a comfortable, supportive space where they can talk openly, work through challenges, recognize their strengths, and develop skills they can use both in and outside of school.
Sometimes you don't need to have a big problem—you might just need someone to talk to. My door is always open.

Our district fosters a culture that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of students, parents, guardians, and staff. In an effort to continuously support this commitment, the district has partnered with Care Solace no cost to families and staff.
Care Solace is an online resource with live 24/7 concierge meant to assist families and individuals in finding local mental health support. Care Solace is a tool for school staff and families to connect with community-based mental healthcare resources and providers. The vast database of mental health resources includes vetted local therapists and programs. All information entered at Care solace is confidential and securely stored.
LPS families and staff may access Care Solace service in three ways:
1. Call 888-515-0595 to speak with someone from your concierge team.
2. Visit www.caresolace.com/lps
