The FAQ section is currently quite small, but we will continue to add more information as the project progresses.
The new school will be located in Western Brunnshög, between the E22 and Odarslövsvägen. The school is for children aged 3 to 16, with up to 450 children in total. The school will consist of several interconnected buildings on one to three floors.
In addition to the planned schoolyard, both Kunskapsparken and Nobelparken are located within 300 meters of the planning area.
The Western Brunnshög development also includes Axis Communications' plans to construct a new building with seven floors. Additionally, Saab is constructing a nine-storey building to accommodate 1,000 employees. Western Brunnshög is also home to the MAX IV Laboratory and the European Spallation Source.
There are two tram stops in the area: MAX IV and ESS. Bus number 1 also serves the area, providing convenient public transport options. The new school is just a seven-minute drive from our current location on Warholms Väg.
We expect to move into the new building during the 2026–2027 academic year. However, we are unable to provide an exact date at this time.
