Monitor any outstanding financial aid requirements in your LCC Student Portal, under Financial Aid.
Check your secure LCC Student Email for important notifications.
For other aid (not federal or state), submit the official award letter to the Financial Aid Office.
The short answer is after the 3rd week of class.
The Fiscal Office will process refunds for students with a credit balance, after charges are paid.
