Book vouchers are a student-specific code that a student can use when purchasing books through LCC's bookstore to charge the amount of the purchased books to their student account. A book voucher is not available to all students. Please review the information below.
Book vouchers may be available to students who have been awarded financial aid
The awarded financial aid must exceed the pending charges on the student's account
Book vouchers will be made available for up to $400 per semester, based on available aid and enrollment
The last day to use a book voucher is the 3rd Friday of the semester
Identified students will be included on a roster that is sent to the bookstore's supplier. At that time, the bookstore's supplier will contact students directly with their book voucher code. Students may then use that code at check-out to charge their book expenses to their LCC student account. Once financial aid has been disbursed to the student account, after the 3rd week of classes, the aid will be applied toward all tuition, fee, and bookstore charges. If there is still excess aid on the student account, the Fiscal Office would then release a check for that amount.
