Employee Email Signature Guidelines

How to make an email signature:

1. Right click on the logo above, select "save image as" and save it onto your computer.

2. Upload the Lumea logo to your google drive.

3. Click on the gear icon in the top righthand corner of your Gmail account.

4. Select "Settings"

5. Scroll down and you'll find a section titled "Signature"

6. In that section, you'll find a box. Copy and paste the email signature text (from above) into the box. 

   • Note: you'll insert the logo separately later.

   • The text should be a the same shade of dark blue that is found in our company color palette.

7. Replace the "Name" and "Title" with your own. Include at least one phone number (either a cell number, office number, or both). Replace the "email" with your own email.

   • If you want to include your fax number instead of a cell number just replace "C:" with "F:" and enter the number.

7. Click on the "Insert Image" icon to insert an image. It will take you right to your Google Drive. Find the Lumea logo on your Drive and select "Open". (Alternatively you can upload the logo right then.)

• Leave a space between the signature text and the logo.

• Position image in-between the disclaimer information in the footer and the rest of the signature.

8. Scroll to the bottom of "Settings" and select "Save Changes"

In addition, the body text of your emails should be sized "Normal" and colored black. These things will help keep company branding consistent.
