DIRECTORS

Ms. Jenny Chandler is the director of the Lumberton High School Raiderettes. Jenny was born in Beaumont and raised in Lumberton where she Graduated Lumberton High School in 2002. She was a member of the Lumberton Raiderettes 1998-2000 and the Raider Mascot her senior year 2001-2002. She attended the McMurry University in Abilene Texas and got her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Sociology in 2006

Jenny returned to east Texas as the Youth Director at First United Methodist Church Beaumont and student taught at Orangefiled High School to complete her alternative certification through Region 4. She was hired by Silsbee High School as a communication teacher and drill team director in 2008 where she continued directing till the summer of 2017, and taught special education from 2011-2018. She then moved to Beaumont United for their 1st year of operation (2018-2019) teaching special education. 

Jenny was blessed with the opportunity to return home to Lumberton ISD, working at the Intermediate school, teaching 4th grade special education the fall of 2019. The following year she was given the opportunity to coach the 2020-2021 State Champion Cheerleading Squad, where her JV squad placed second in the Nation for UCA. In the summer of 2021, Jenny was blessed the opportunity to join the Raiderette drill team as their assistant director for the 2021-2022 school year and became the director  for the 2022-2023  year. She currently teachers at Lumberton High School .
