Therapist
( Unencumbered LCPC, LCSW, or other qualified license REQUIRED)
The therapist is responsible for providing psychotherapy services to assigned client panel.
Duties shall include:
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.

Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families.

Refer clients to specialists if necessary.

Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs.

Monitor client progress during treatment.
Consulting with Psych NP (or other supervisors) when appropriate
Maintaining an active license to practice in the state of Maryland
