How to get a work permit:

Step 1: Visit the Library to pick up a work permit, or click the link here: LHS Work Permit to print one yourself

Step 2: Once you've got the job fill out the work permit! You, the employer and your parent/guardian will fill out the permit. 

Step 3: Turn your work permit into Mrs. Zaharris in the Library so she can fill out the bottom 2 boxes and print your official work permit. 

Note: Please allow 24-48 hours to process your work permit. Do not expect it the same day.
