92% of Lufkin High School students are involved in at least one club, organization, sport or other school related extracurricular activity. We believe finding the right fit to get plugged in, is important for each student. Students who are involved generally have better attendance and earn higher grades. That is part because of the networking of peers students find when they are involved with others who have the same interests. Spending time working towards a common goals helps students build relationships, find friends to rely on, and learn how to be a team player.

The Student Activities website is a great place for any student looking to become more involved.
