Auditions

* Before entering students, assure that you check their academic eligibility.  Each student should also have completed and turned in their String Audition Verification Form  prior to their audition.  SAVs and MAVs will be due to the Region Chair by October 1st (Mariachi) and October 8th (Orchestra).  You may submit a PDF of your forms as a "placeholder," but the original forms must be received to be kept on file.

* Save the date!  If you enter students into a contest, you MUST be available to judge or facilitate the auditions in an approved capacity.

* You will receive a  Clinician Fee Invoice with information about your school.  The number of folders and total invoice will be completed at the conclusion of the contest.  If you teach at more than one campus, you will need to complete a form for each campus.  If you entered both MS and HS students, you will also need to complete a form for each level.

* If you are obliged to serve as a judge, prior to arriving at the contest site, please review the content available on the Judging Instructions page (available the week prior to contests).  This will help abbreviate our Judges' meeting prior to each contest.
