I'm sick! What should I do?

• Text all affected teachers immediately so they can make plans

I forgot to clock in/out. What now?

• Email Elizabeth Robertson at elizabeth.robertson@lubbockisd.org

  • Do this immediately!

    • There is a short window for us to be able to correct this.

  • Make sure to include the correct date, times, and location that should be on your timecard

What happens if I lose my badge?

• Contact Elizabeth immediately elizabeth.robertson@lubbockisd.org

• Call HR to schedule a time to get a replacement

  • it will cost you $10

I need to study for an exam, do a project, etc. What should I do?

• Please plan your academic activities around your work schedule. Remember, our students' success depends largely on you fulfilling your commitment to coming to work everyday!

• If you have an absolutely unavoidable conflict, text your teachers immediately

  • Follow up with an email and copy Elizabeth at elizabeth.robertson@lubbockisd.org

What should I do if I'm going to be a little late?

• Please plan your travel to avoid tardiness

• We understand that life happens to the best of us once in a while. If it happens to you, text your teacher ASAP!

My college schedule has changed. How do I adjust my work schedule?
