Jessica spent the first eight years of her classroom career wrangling middle schoolers (just kidding, she taught just English) before becoming a District Instructional Technology Specialist. She has an affinity for app-smashing and is always looking for creative ways to use the tech tools we all know and love. Jessica is skilled in the art of “hype” at conferences and events. She can plan a huge event, present, run a booth, and she excels at just about anything event related! Jessica also has a strong passion for justice, which means she’s always working to affect positive change for students and educators. She spent several years advocating for policy change at the federal, state, and local levels.
Jessica is a Google Level 1 & Level 2 Certified Educator, Google Certified Innovator, and a Google Certified Trainer. She is also a Newsela Certified Educator.
Executive Director of Operations & Synchronous Learning
Brooke is an experienced Elementary and Middle School classroom educator and expert digital learning facilitator. She credits her own teaching transformation to the work she’s done with reluctant learners. Finding new ways to reach them influenced Brooke to reshape her classroom into a mixed media learning environment, which eventually led her into working with teachers full time. Brooke strives to help educators create engaging and technology-rich learning experiences for their own classrooms. Brooke has such a natural, approachable style, everyone that has ever met her feels like her best friend!
Brooke is a Google Level 1 & Level 2 Certified Educator and a Google Certified Trainer.
Lead Learning Guide
Lexi Law is the Instructional Technology Specialist at the Region 9 Education Service Center. She is a double Alumni from Midwestern State University with a BS in Education and a Masters in Educational Leadership. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Texas Tech University and will graduate in August 2024 with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She has taught Elementary, Middle, and at the High School level! She holds a 4-8 Science Certification and a Principal as an Instructional Leader K-12 Certification. Law is a Google Certified Trainer and loves to collaborate with school districts all over the U.S. to help them on their Google journey! She currently resides in Wichita Falls, TX with her Husband Trey, who is a basketball coach at WF Hirschi and her sassy nine year old daughter, Lane! They are succeeding at keeping their two shih tzu's, Rosie and Lenny, spoiled rotten.

With decades of experience in education and an innovative mindset, Courtney has served in a variety of middle and high school positions, including serving as an English teacher and College Career Readiness educator. She has always supported teachers with their #edtech needs in the classroom, even before she became an instructional technologist. Courtney’s knowledge of Google and Wakelet tools has helped support her passion to impact teachers and students by creating tech environments that encourage continuous growth and improvement. She lives by the motto: #TechWithoutTears.
