About Your Librarian
--Librarian in LISD since 2020.
-I started teaching in 2012.
-I taught 1st grade for 7 years.
-BA in Multidisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University
-MEd in Curriculum & Instruction with a minor in Language Literacy from Texas Tech University
-MA of Library Science from University of North Texas
-Teaching certifications in EC-6 Generalist, 4-8 Mathematics and Science, English as a Second Language (EC-8), and School Librarian
I am the librarian at Hodges Elementary School. This will be my first year as a school librarian. I love to see kids reading and finding themselves in literature. I am married to a wonderful man and we have beautiful son. I enjoy traveling, camping, and reading of course. I look forward to working with your child.
