2:00 Load Bus and depart for Buddy Holly
2:30 Arrive Buddy Holly and unload equipment
3:10 Dunbar Band Rehearsal
3:45 Eat, change into Formal Uniforms
5:15 Performance Begins, In place and silent
5:30 Dunbar Band Performance
6:00 Finale
6:05 Load Bus and return to Dunbar
6:30 All students must be picked up

This performance is part of the Dunbar Band performance calendar and is a grade for 7th & 8th grade Band students.
My student, _________________________________ will be attending the performance and will represent the Dunbar Band, Dunbar Academy, and Lubbock ISD with excellence in behavior and effort at all times. They will have transportation ready to pick them up at the scheduled time.
