Mrs. Reynolds

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited to work with you and your child this year. It's going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventure, and I can't wait to see what the year has in store for us. This will be my fifteenth year teaching in PPCD. I have been at Preston Smith for 9 years and Martin, an early childhood campus, for six years. I absolutely love teaching these sweet kids. I try to teach with a passion so that my students develop a desire to become life long learners.

A little about me:

• I am married to my wonderful husband, Thomas. He is an IB History teacher at Lubbock High School. We have a daughter (Addison) who is in the sixth grade and will be at Hutch and a son (Avett) who is in the second grade at Smith. They take up most of my free time with Ballet Lubbock and soccer, but some of my hobbies include baking, going to Jazzercise, hiking/camping, and finding great new restaurants!

• I have lived in a variety of places ( North Dakota, Wyoming, New Mexico, Canada, and a several Texas towns) due to my dad being in the oil business. I went to high school in Katy, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech in 2005. I am the oldest of 2.
