Getting to the conference site by public transport . 

There is bus 223, which brings you from Luleå city center (either the bus station or bus stop "Smedjegatan") almost to the conference site. You need to take ONLY the bus which goes  to Brändön Vändplan! I marked the corresponding departure times with red  boxes. The trip takes approximately 40  minutes. From the terminal stop "Brändön Vändplan" continue wlaking along the asfalt road for approx. 1.1 km until to Brändön Lodge (ask the driver if you are not sure).

Getting to the conference site by taxi . 

Obviously you can take a taxi from any available taxi company (pls google for alternatives). The price will be in the range of 100USD since it is a rather long trip. Check the price before ordering a taxi. Contact Evgeny if you need an assistance with booking a taxi.

Transfer to the conference site. 

We weill arrange a transfer to the conference site given that you provide us with the arrival information in good time!

The workshop will take place in Brändö Lodge - a conference facility just outside Luleå on a shore of Bottnia Bay (check the location on the map).

The registration includes 

1. Transfer from Luleå city center on 15/6  if needed.

2. Meals (refreshments, lunch, diner on 15/6 and lunch, coffee break on 16/6), 

3. The conference facilities

4. Social activities (inkl. bathtub and bathing in the Bottnia bay)

5. Transfer to Luleå city on 15/6 and 16/6 if needed.

Optionally one can choose to book two extra nights for the directly adjacent to the workshop days (14/6 including dinner and 16/6 including breakfast).  Visit our registration page and choose the available options.
