Welcome to the Midnight sun workshop on Vector symbolic architectures.
On June 15-16, 2023 we organize a physical workshop on Vector Symbolic Architectures / Hyperdimensional computing (HD/VSA). The goal with the workshop is to offer a forum for discussing the challenges of Artificial Intelligence and the role of HD/VSA for solving them.
We invite researchers within VSA and the adjacent fileds of mathematics and computer science to a two-days event full of exciting keynotes, lightening talks and group discussions!
Notice the unusual format of the workshop where the last techincal session of the first day is scheduled to start at 10pm! We collocate this session with the final event of the VSAONLINE webinar and invite HD/VSA experts from all around the world to join us online. A little bit late for work? No worries in Luleå it is a time of midnight sun! So, day or night does not matter much here:)
