COMMON QUESTIONS:
How often do we participate in physical education? Forty minutes twice a week, for 4 marking periods.
What activities do we study? Movement Explorations, Motor Skills, Team Sports, Individual sports, Field Day, Fitness Testing, Strength and Agility training, Juggling, Dance, Mass games, and Aerobics, Yoga, to name a few.
What if you wish to be excused? Have your child bring in a written note from a parent or doctor.
What should my child wear on days when they are scheduled to have Physical Education? Comfortable clothing, but most importantly sneakers.
