SERVICES & COST:

Sessions are in-person, telehealth and/or by phone, and are held weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. Typically, sessions are 45 to 60 minute for adults and teens, and 30 to 45 minute sessions for children.  Family and couples sessions may vary from 60-90 minutes in length. Therapy is not supposed to last forever! Termination depends on your therapeutic needs, and will be re-evaluated by us regularly as we work together.

PLEASE do not let cost be the factor in you NOT receiving services! We can discuss your options on an as-needed basis.
