CS + AI Teamwork

The Learning Technology Center is a statewide program that supports all public K-12 districts, schools, and educators through technology initiatives, services, and professional learning opportunities.  Our goal is to maximize school districts’ access to technology and enhance districts’ use of technology to improve educational opportunities for the students of Illinois.

The Discovery Partners Institute empowers people to jumpstart their tech careers or companies in Chicago. Led by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in partnership with top research universities, it does three things: Train people for high-demand tech jobs; conduct applied R&D; and support business building. With state investment and a new innovation district in development, DPI has the resources to attract, develop, and leverage the most ambitious people and companies the region has to offer — and keep them here.

Illinois' singular organization dedicated exclusively to expanding access to K-12 Computer Science for every student, statewide.

CSTA Illinois is a professional organization dedicated to supporting K-12 computer science teachers across the state. As a chapter of the national Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA), we provide a collaborative community for educators to share resources, engage in professional development, and advocate for high-quality CS education.

ECEP Illinois is a coalition of stakeholders interested in supporting computer science education in the state. Higher education, non-profit, industry, K-12, out of school, research, and funding partners are invited to summits, provide feedback on work, partner on initatives, and advocate to support broadening participation in computing.

The Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) is a premier, non-profit professional membership organization founded in 2004 to support, connect, and empower K–12 computer science educators globally. CSTA provides a supportive community, professional development, and resources to help educators enhance the quality, accessibility, and inclusivity of computer science education.
