Awarding up to three $1,000 scholarships to Las Lomas HS Seniors
Las Trampas Creek Council of PTA’s dedicates its work to the youth and families of the Acalanes Union High School District. It is our hope that the students we serve will become confident, well-adjusted adults interested and involved in their community. Annually, we award up to three scholarships ($1,000 each) to outstanding graduating seniors of Las Lomas High School.

Minimum 2.5 GPA & student in good standing
Plan to attend an accredited career and technical school, community college or four-year college

There are a total of 5 sections to be completed by the applicant. Sections 1 and 3 - 6 are to be completed by the applicant.

Section 3 - Applicant Information,
Section 4 - Applicant Declaration (3 parts),
A. List and briefly describe (include dates) extracurricular activities you have devoted a substantial amount of time to outside of school.
B. List and briefly describe (include dates) the activities you have been involved with in school.
C. REQUIRED: Original personal statement describing: how you have surmounted a personal challenge/experience OR expanding on your volunteer community service and/or school involvement.

2026 Honorary Service Award Nominations
Honorary Service Awards are given to recognize an individual or organization for outstanding service to children and youth in our community, going above and beyond what is asked of them.
If you would like to nominate someone whose contributions have positively impacted youth throughout the Las Trampas Creek Council area (which encompasses the Acalanes Union High School District attendance area), for an Honorary Service Award (HSA), please use the Nomination Form link below. For more information on Honorary Service Awards, please visit the CAPTA website.
Awards will be presented at the Founders Day Event, Wednesday April 15th from 11am-1pm at The Greenery. If you have questions about the event, please contact Sherry Mohebati at foundersday@ltccpta.org.
