OVERVIEW
Path-Fit 2 is a two-part fitness training program that may be done with or without resistance training equipment to improve core strength and power. It expands on the Fundamental Movement Patterns and Core Training course. Exercise progression and regression are emphasized for the improvement of skill-related fitness components in preparation for and/or in combination with intensive physical activities such as sports participation.
Examine the components of physical fitness, as well as exercise, training, and their impacts. Complete the various bodyweight training exercises correctly. Continue to perform the various Core Strength and Power Training Exercises in line with their health needs. Discuss the value of bodyweight training in the development of a physically fit individual.
