Wearing of PE Uniform

All PATHFit students are reminded that upon entering the university, they must wear the prescribed school uniform, even if their class schedule starts at 7:00 AM. Students may change into their PE uniform only after entering the campus, and they must wear it strictly during their scheduled PATHFit class time.

This reminder is issued to ensure proper decorum, discipline, and compliance with university policies. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

PANAGHINABO: A Tree Planting, Trekking, and Camping Activities

PANAGHINABO is a term rooted in Bisaya words “PANAG” meaning together, and “HINABO”, which means a gathering that people participate in together. This captures the essence of camping and recreation activities where individuals unite to explore, nurture, and protect the environment. Through this shared journey, participants not only reconnect with nature but also strengthen bonds of friendship, responsibility, and Lasallian values of faith, service, and communion.

PANAGDANAG: A Dance Exercise

PANAGDANAG is derived from the root "PANAG" (unity/action) and "DANAG", a Bisaya word meaning awareness or alertness—perfect for intense, rhythmic fitness routines. It represents mindful movement and shared energy, making it ideal for physical fitness. Physical fitness is an essential component of a well-rounded education, promoting overall well-being, discipline, and teamwork. To reinforce the principles learned in PATHFit 2, all students will organize and participate in an interclass PANAGDANAG 2026 that integrates Lasallian values of faith, service, and communion.
