About:

Coach Giger graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2004 with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. In 2007, Giger earned his Master's Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix.

Prior to coming to Lee's Summit North, Giger served as a volunteer assistant strength coach at Kansas State University and the United States Air Force Academy. Coach Giger has also supported several NFL Combine participants including 14 first round draft selections in the 2011 NFL Draft. Furthermore, he has developed strength and conditioning programs for several military installations and has presented for many leading organizations in the sports performance field. Coach Giger is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and USA Weightlifting.

Giger is the Head Freshman Football Coach.

Coach Giger is the proud father of Barrett (12) and Codie (7).
