Course Information

• The cost for the course is $75. The cost includes approximately 24 hours of instruction, course materials, and two diagnostic tests that are scored and returned with feedback.  There are limited spots available.

• All classes are held in room 3209.  Enter through the main office doors.  

• Please note that your registration isn’t complete until payment is received. Payment can be in the form of a check, payable to LSHS or cash, given to Genevieve Boehm in the Student Services office.  Cards are not accepted.  Materials will not be given until payment is received.

• The dates for this session can be found below.  This session is planned to end right before the all-school junior testing date of March 10th, 2026.  The next test date from ACT for all others is April 11, 2026.  Of course, all material will be helpful for any date you choose to take the ACT.

• The cost of the course does not include the ACT test registration.  Students will need to register for the test on their own through the ACT WEBSITE.  Juniors taking the ACT at LSHS on 3-10-26 do NOT need to register on the ACT website and should wait for instructions from LSHS.  The testing fees are as follows:

  1. The ACT (no writing, no science) - $68.00

  2. The full ACT with writing - $93.00

  3. The full ACT with science - $72.00

  4. Late registration fee - $40.00
